Every student deserves a first choice - and a fair chance to pursue it. That belief is the reason we exist.

We are an authorized provider of Pre-Employment Transition Services, partnering with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) to help students with disabilities ages 14-21 step confidently into adulthood, employment, and independence.

The years between 14 and 21 are some of the most important -and most uncertain - of a young person's life. For students with disabilities, the path from school to work can feel unclear. Our job is to make that path visible, walkable, and within reach.

Our partnership with OOD means two things for families: trust - services are official, funded, and accountable - and access -we help families navigate the system rather than figure it out alone.

Our mission is to empower students with disabilities by helping them build the confidence, skills, and experiences they need to successfully transition from school into employment, higher education, or vocational training. We believe every student has unique strengths and abilities, and our goal is to provide the support and guidance needed to help them achieve their future goals.

Meet our team

Our Pre-ETS counselors and Direct Support Professionals bring backgrounds in education, vocational rehabilitation, and disability services. Every team member completes training on state requirements as well as training specific to the students they support, so families work with consistent, qualified staff from the first session forward.
